RELSTAR ESTELLA EXCEL 40 is specially compounded, quality emulsifying cutting oil composed of petroleum oil and special emulsifiers. It incorporates special biocides to increase coolent life and prevent unplesant odurs experienced as a result of bacterial infection. The recommanded concentration are 3% to 4% for grinding 5% to 7% for normal operation and 8% to 12% for difficult operations
